Infadels zijn terug met een nieuw album. The Future Of The Gravity Boy is sinds gisteren op iTunes te downloaden. De fysieke cd komt later, in mei van dit jaar.
Heel kort samengevat is het thema van dit derde album ‘man versus machine’. Infadels-frontman Bnann geeft een uitgebreidere uitleg. “This album is about the survival of human skills in the technological age. I created a fantasy where the hopes of the human race were rested on a savior who wasn’t the fittest, fasted guy out there. Instead I wanted someone who stood up for the confused but skilled everyman. Someone whose place in society was being replaced by computer programs, automated machinery or just wiped out altogether”
De mannen van Infadels hebben laten weten dat de openingstrack ‘From Out Of The Black Sky’ de eerste single wordt. Die staat ook gepland voor halverwege mei, maar vanavond (woensdag 20 maart) laat ik je de spikfonkelnieuwe track vast horen in MetMichiel.
