Owl City-zanger maakt valentijnsliedje voor Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift hintte in haar liedje ‘Enchanted’, dat op haar album Speak Now uit 2010 staat, dat ze een geheime crush had op de zanger van Owl City. "I'll spend forever wondering if you knew I was enchanted to meet you." In het boekje bij de CD zat een cryptische boodschap, waaruit af te leiden was dat het om Adam Young ging.

Adam Young reageert

Swift zingt wel dat ze tot in eeuwigheid zal afvragen of Young weet dat ze ‘gecharmeerd’ was, maar dat is helemaal niet nodig. Young heeft afgelopen maandag, op Valentijnsdag, geantwoord. En hij deed het minder cryptisch. Hij poste op zijn bandsite een romantische ballad voor haar met een begeleidend briefje.

I'll be the first to admit I'm a rather shy boy and since music is the most eloquent form of communication I can muster, I decided to record something for you--a sort of a 'reply' to the breathtaking song on your current record.
