De Britse zanger geeft vrijdag 21 oktober een concert in Ahoy, Rotterdam.
George Michael gaat toch weer touren. Zijn laatste tour was de 25 Live tour in 2008 en hij noemde de laatste show ervan veelzeggend ‘The Final One’, maar George heeft zich toch bedacht.
George Michael twittert comeback
Via twitter bracht hij het grote nieuws dat hij weer gaat touren: "Ok, get ready people, TOUR DATES ANNOUNCED NEXT WEDNESDAY!!! This tour will be very different from 25 Live tour."
Daarna als grapje, "For a start, having lost 15 pounds since then, I'm thinking of doing it naked... Just to show off my youthful physique."
George Michael:, "You will probably be happy to hear that I changed my mind and decided to play arenas after all... There was no other way to make sure you all get a chance to see the show."
Symphony ‘The Orchestral Tour’
Zijn Arena tour heeft hij Symphony ‘The Orchestral Tour’ genoemd. En goed nieuws voor de Nederlandse fans. De tour brengt hem ook naar Nederland. Vrijdag 21 oktober komt hij met orkest naar Ahoy Rotterdam. Daar speelt hij eigen nummers, maar ook liedjes van anderen. De nummers worden opnieuw gearrangeerd voor het orkest.
De kaartverkoop gaat volgende week vrijdag (20 mei) op 10:00 uur van start
