Schaal 2025

Elk jaar breng ik een schaal naar het Glazen Huis met de herinneringen aan de Glazen Huizen in de verschillende steden.

Deze traditie is ontstaan in 2006, toen ik deze schaal bij de veiling van de huisraad bemachtigde als hoogste bieder. In 2007 bracht ik de schaal terug naar het Glazen Huis, want onder de brievenbus stond een heel onhandig rond bord. Waarschijnlijk omdat ik de schaal die er hoorde had gekocht 😀. Aan het einde van de actie wist ik de schaal weer te bemachtigen als hoogste bieder. Zo was een traditie geboren!

Sinds Breda 2008 heb ik de afspraak dat ik de schaal haal en breng. Hoewel ik hem niet meer hoef te kopen, haal ik met deze actie wel nog geld op voor Serious Request.

Every year I bring a plate to the Glass House with the memories of the Glass Houses in the different cities in the past years. This tradition originated in 2006, when I obtained this plate at the auction of the household goods as the highest bidder. In 2007 I returned the plate to the Glass House, because under the mailbox there was a very unpractical round plate. Probably because I had bought the plate that belonged there. At the end of the action, I managed to get the plate again as the highest bidder. Thus a tradition was born! Since Breda 2008 I have had the agreement that I will pick up and bring the plate. Although I don't have to buy it anymore, I still raise money for Serious Request with this action.
