Metafoor
'Wildfire' is niet zomaar een liedesliedje. Het nummer ontstond toen Brians buurt omringd werd door bosbranden. Hij kon dagenlang niet naar buiten omdat de lucht te giftig was om te kunnen ademen. Tijdens die dagen ontstond het idee voor de track.
SYML: "It made me think of people who deal with depression, anxiety and general sadness, that they have to wake up everyday and that's what the world looks like. It looks like 'Well, I don't want to go outside today cause it's too scary. It's not worth it to go out.' With 'Wildfire' I want to give them confidence, tell them that they belong here and that the world is better because they're in it. Jump out, burn like crazy, be yourself and you'll be received by the people that you love."
